孕妇ABO血型抗体效价936例的检测及分析

     [摘要] 目的：了解血型抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比率及临床意义。方法：用盐水试管凝集法进行IgG抗A或抗B的ABO血型抗体效价检测。结果：936例孕妇中，血清效价大于1∶64者有95例，异常检出率为10.1%。结论：在产前保健孕妇中进行ABO血型抗体效价检测，及早发现异常及时治疗，可减少由于母婴血型不合引起的溶血疾病发生，提高人口素质。
