摘 要 目的：观察毛茛提取液(Ranunculus japonicus Thumb Extractant, RJTE)松弛离体子宫平滑肌条的作用，并初步探讨其作用机制。 方法：制备离体大鼠子宫平滑肌条，观察不同剂量RJTE对子宫肌条自发活动和由缩宫素诱发收缩活动增加的影响。结果：RJTE可抑制缩宫素所致的离体子宫平滑肌兴奋作用，表现为收缩幅度的减小和频率的减慢；在使用普萘洛尔后，该松弛作用未被完全阻断。结论：RJTE能抑制由缩宫素所引起的离体子宫兴奋作用，该作用与β2受体无明显关系。关键词 毛茛提取液；子宫平滑肌条；缩宫素

Abstract Objective: To observe the relaxing effect of Ranunculus japonicus Thumb Extractant on uterine smooth muscle and study its possible mechanism. Method: The isolated uterine strips of rats were prepared. The spontaneous contractions and contractions evocated by oxytocin were used to observe the relaxing effects of RJTE. At the same time, propranolol is used in advance to study the influences on the effect of RJTE. Results: RJTE did not influence the spontaneous actions of isolated uterine smooth muscle of rats. However, it could markedly inhibit the contractile function of uterine strip for oxytocin. It decreased the contraction range and the contraction frequency, and showed no significant difference in the absence or presence of propranolol. Conclusion: The experiment of isolated uterine strips of rat proved that RJTE had significant anticonvulsive effect in uterine smooth muscle without obvious relation with β2receptor. ......
