摘要:目的 观察大蒜多糖C对免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清和肝组织丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的影响。方法 建立卡介苗(BCG)加脂多糖(LPS)诱发的小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清和肝组织ALT、AST。结果 大蒜多糖C能使免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST活性显著降低,肝组织ALT、AST活性显著升高。结论 大蒜多糖C对免疫性肝损伤具有保护性作用。关键词:大蒜;多糖;免疫性肝损伤;小鼠

ABSTRACT:Objective To study the effects of the allium sativum L polysaccharide C on the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the serum and liver of mice with immunologic liverinjury. Methods Bacillus CalmetteGuein(BCG) plus lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was used to induce immunologic liverinjury model in mice. The activities of ALT and AST in serum and liver were measured. Results The allium sativum L polysaccharide C could significantly reduce the activities of ALT and AST in the serum but increase them in the liver of mice with immunologic liverinjury. Conclusion The allium sativum L polysaccharide C has protective effect on the immunologic liverinjury in mice. ......
