注射用头孢曲松钠的胶塞相容性研究

     摘要目的研究注射用头孢曲松钠的胶塞相容性。方法通过加速试验和长期留样试验考察不同厂家的胶塞与注射用头孢曲松钠的相容性。结果国产胶塞B和进口胶塞D都与头孢曲松钠具有良好的相容性。结论采用国产胶塞B代替进口胶塞D，既可以保证产品质量，又可使生产成本大幅下降。

    Objective To study the compatibility of rubber closure and ceftriaxone sodium for injection. Methods The compatibility of rubber closures made by different suppliers and ceftriaxone sodium for injection were investigated with accelerated experiments and shelflife tests. Results The domestic closure B and imported closure D are compatible with the preparation. Conclusions We substitute domestic closure B for imported closure D, and it is not only able to assure the quality of preparation, but also reduce the cost of production. ......
