在健美操课中运用互动教学的实验研究

     摘 要 在健美操的教学中,由于教学的时间的间隔长(相隔一周),学生对所学的动作容易遗忘。往往是上一节课的内容,下一节课要花十几分钟复习,影响了学生的学习兴趣和教学的质量。本文采用了问卷调查法、实验法、观察法等研究方法,通过互动教学法的三个环节互动进行教学实验研究,收到了显著的效果。充分地提高学生的学习兴趣,形成良好的教学气氛,有效地提高学生的技术水平。培养学生的独立的思考能力和创新能力,增强了学生的自信心和自我表现的能力。培养学生良好的心理素质。

    The Research on the Application of Interactive Method in Gymnastics TeachingLI Yinghong(Department of Physical Education,Guangdong College of Pharmacy,Guangzhou,510240,China)Abstract During gymnastics teaching,the students are apt to forget what they have learned due to the long intervals between two teaching periods (about one week). The practice of spending more than ten minutes in reviewing in the new class hour frustrates the students’ learning interests and weakens the teaching quality as well. With the help of questionnaire surveys,experiments,observation etc.,and by means of experimental teaching researches based on the three steps of interactive teaching method,excellent effect was achieved. As a result,the students’ interests were enhanced,good teaching atmosphere formed and the students’ skills improved. Besides,the students’ confidence,psychological quality and their abilities of independent thinking,creativity and performance were well cultivated. ......
