慢性应激对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的损害及其机制

     摘要:目的 探讨慢性应激对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的损害及其机制。方法 采用电击足底结合噪声建立慢性应激大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫观察动物的空间学习和记忆能力, Fara2荧光法测海马突触体内游离钙浓度。结果 慢性应激引起大鼠空间学习和记忆能力下降,海马突触体内游离钙浓度显著增高。结论 慢性应激引起的学习记忆障碍可能与海马神经元突触体内游离钙浓度过度增高有关。

    The Damage Induced by Chronic Stress on the Spatial

    Learning and Memory Abilities of

    Rats and Pertinent Mechanism

    ABSTRACT:Objective To study the damage induced by chronic stress on the spatial learning and memory abilities of rats and pertinent mechanism. Methods Chronic stress model was established by electricfoot accompanied with noise. The Morris water maze was used to observe the spatial learning and memory abilities of the animals. The intrasynaptosomal free Ca2+ concentration of hippocampus was measured by Fara2 fluorescent. Results Chronic stress resulted in decrease of the spatial learning and memory abilities of rats and remarkable increase of the intrasynaptosomal free Ca2+ concentration of hippocampus. Conclusion The spatial learning and memory dysfunction induced by chronic stress may be associated with the high intrasynaptosomal Ca2+ level of hippocampus. ......
