高效毛细管电泳法测定肤炎康霜中氯霉素的含量

摘 要 目的:测定肤炎康霜中氯霉素的含量。方法:高效毛细管电泳法。 毛细管60 cm×70μm;运行缓冲液100 mmol/L四硼酸钠(pH 9.2),高压进样10 s,分离电压25 kV,温度为25 ℃,检测波长为278 nm。结果:氯霉素在20~100μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.45%(n=5,RSD=0.98%)。结论:本法简单、快捷、灵敏。关键词 氯霉素;肤炎康霜;高效毛细管电泳法
Determination of chloramphenicol in fuyankang cream by HPCE

Abstract Objective:To determine the content of Chloramphenicol in Fuyankang Cream. Methods: HPCE was used. The best condition was achived with a fuse dsilca capillary tube (60 cm×70μm),100 mmol/L sodium tetraborate buffer (pH 9.2),at a constant voltage of 25 kV and temperature at 25 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 20~100 μg/mL for Chloramphenicol(r=0.9994).
