高效毛细管电泳法测定肤炎康霜中氯霉素的含量

     摘要目的：测定肤炎康霜中氯霉素的含量。方法：高效毛细管电泳法。毛细管60 cm×70μm；运行缓冲液100 mmol/L四硼酸钠(pH 9.2)，高压进样10 s，分离电压25 kV，温度为25 ℃，检测波长为278 nm。结果：氯霉素在20～100μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995)，平均回收率为99.45%(n=5，RSD=0.98%)。结论：本法简单、快捷、灵敏。

    Determination of chloramphenicol in fuyankang cream by HPCE

    Abstract Objective:To determine the content of Chloramphenicol in Fuyankang Cream. Methods: HPCE was used. The best condition was achived with a fuse dsilca capillary tube (60 cm×70μm),100 mmol/L sodium tetraborate buffer (pH 9.2),at a constant voltage of 25 kV and temperature at 25 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 20～100 μg/mL for Chloramphenicol(r=0.9994).
