摘 要 目的 采用紫外分光光度法测定罗红霉素胶囊的含量。 方法 利用罗红霉素在482 nm波长处有最大吸收,而空白辅料在此处无吸收。 结果 罗红霉素在16.66~50.00 μg/mL浓度范围内,吸收度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);样品的平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。 结论 该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。关键词 紫外分光光度法 ;罗红霉素胶囊 ;含量测定
Determination of roxithromycin in roxithromycin capsules by UV spectrophotometry

Abstract Objective To develop a UV method for the determination of roxithromycin. Methods roxithromycin was determined at 482 nm and blank control had little interference. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 16.66~50.00 μg/mL for roxithromycin and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, The average recovery was 100.2%, with RSD of 0.5% (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and was suitable for the determination of roxithromycin preparations.
