全自动图象细胞仪在肺癌痰细胞学诊断中的应用1. DNA异倍体作为标志物诊断肺癌

     摘 要 目的 探讨全自动图像细胞仪对痰液脱落细胞DNA异倍体的检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。[HTH]方法[HTK] 采用全自动图像细胞仪对50例肺癌、30例肺结核患者和40例健康人痰样中脱落细胞DNA进行定量分析,同时与常规痰细胞学和刷检细胞学结果进行比较。[HTH]结果[HTK] 50例肺癌患者痰样中DNA异倍体(DI>2.5或5C)阳性率为20/50(40%),30例肺结核患者痰样和40例健康人痰样均无一例阳性。肺癌患者痰样DNA异倍体阳性率高于常规痰细胞学阳性率8/50(16%),P<0.01;也高于刷检细胞学阳性率16/50(32%),P>0.05。[HTH]结论[HTK] 全自动图像细胞仪对肺癌患者痰脱落细胞DNA的定量检测能够反映肺癌患者痰细胞中的恶性变化,对于肺癌诊断是一个敏感、特异的方法,可以作为肺癌诊断的辅助技术。

    The application of automated image cytometry in sputum cytologic diagnosis of lung cancer1. DNA aneuploidy for diagnosis of lung cancer

    Abstract ObjectiveTo access the probability of detecting DNA aneuploidy in exfoliated airway epithelia cells of sputum specimens with the automated imaging cytometry for the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 120 volunteers were divided into three groups, i.e., patient group (50 patients with lung cancer), control group (30 patients with tuberculosis) and 40 health people. Spontaneous sputum was obtained for the quantitative analysis of DNA content of exfoliated airway epithelial cells with the automatic imaging cytometry. Methods of brush biopsy and conventional sputum cytology were also conducted in addition. [WTHZ]Results[WTBZ] DNA aneuploidy(DI>2.5 or 5c)was detected in 20 out of 50 sputum samples from the group of lung cancer, none in the group of tuberculosis and from the control group of healthy people. The positive rates of conventional sputum cytology and brush cytology were 16% and 32% respectively, lower than that of DNA aneuploidy detected with the automated image cytometry (P<0.01,P>0.05). [WTHZ]Conclusion[WTBZ] automated image cytometry, which uses DNA aneuploidy as a marker for tumor, can detected the malignant cells in sputum samples of lung cancer patients and is a sensitive and specific method as a supplementary technique for the diagnosis of lung cancer. ......
