法测定加替沙星胶囊的含量

     摘要目的：采用UV法测定加替沙星胶囊的含量。方法：利用加替沙星在284.0 nm处有最大吸收，空白辅料无干扰。结果：加替沙星含量在3.0~15.0μg /mL范围内，浓度与吸光度之间线性关系良好(r=0.9999)；样品的平均回收率为102.5 %，RSD为1.5 %(n=9)。结论：该方法灵敏，专属，准确，操作简便，可供该制剂的含量测定。

    Determination of gatifloxacin in gatifloxacin capsules by UV

    Abstract Objective: To develop a UV method for the determination of gatifloxacin. Methods: Gatifloxacin was determined at 284 nm and blank supplements had little interference. Results: The calibration curve was linear (r=0.9999 ) in the range of 3.0 ~ 15.0μg/mL for gatifloxacin,the mean recovery was 102.5%,with RSD of 1.4 % (n=9) . Conclusion: The method is sensitive,specific,accurate,simple and was suitable for the determination of gatifloxacin preparations.
