摘要:目的 研究辣椒素(CAP)对大鼠三叉神经节降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫反应性神经元的影响,探讨CAP治疗三叉神经痛的机理。方法 把CAP配成30mM 浓度溶液备用,按用量分成4组(A组20μl、B组30μl、C组50μl和D组100μl),分别皮下注射大鼠三叉神经眶下支,24h后取材,切片,免疫组化染色,镜检,计算机图像分析。结果 经方差分析,各组之间P<0.01,有非常显著性差异,并且随着用药量的增加其差值也增大。结论 CAP 对大鼠三叉神经节CGRP免疫反应性神经元有明显的影响,CGRP参与口面部的痛与镇痛。关键词:辣椒素;大鼠;皮肤;降钙素基因相关肽

ABSTRACT:Objective To research the effect of capsaicin(CAP) on the calcitonin generelated peptide(CGRP) immunoreactive nerve in rat trigeminal ganglion,and to explore the analgesic mechanism of capsaicin in treating prosopalgia thereby.Methods A 30mMsolution of CAP was prepared for subcutaneous injection at infraorbital region to infiltrate trigeminal nervebranch.The volume of solution injected at a time for each rat was 20μl(group A),30μl(group B),50μl(group C) and 100μl(group D) respectively.24h after injection,the tissues of relavent region were sampled for immunohistochemical obsevation and computer image analysis.Results The variance analysis showed there were very obvious and dosedependent differences between the varient CAPgrous in comparison with the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion There is obvious influence of CAP on CGRP immunoreactive nerve in rat trigeminal ganglion.The CGRP may participate in mechanisms of pain and analgesia at orofacial region of rat. ......
