     摘要目的：研制盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片并测定其释放度。方法：以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料，考察不同用量，不同型号HPMC对盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片释放的影响及加入磷酸钠、卡波姆、羧甲纤维素钠(NaCMC)和Eudragit L100-55后对释药的影响。结果：所制的盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片可以缓释长达8 h。

    Preparation of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride sustained release tablets

    Abstract Objective: To prepare sustained release tablets of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and determine its dissolution profile. Methods: HPMC was used to prepare the sustainedrelease tablets and investigate impact of viscosities of HPMC or the percentages of HPMC (K4M) in formulations on drug release. HPMC incorporated with Na3PO4 carbomer, NaCMC and eudragit L100-55 on drug release was also investigated. Results and Conclusions: The sustained release tablet can continuously release for 8h.
