影响针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的相关因素

     摘要目的：观察针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及年龄、病程、病理分型、辨证分型、经络分型与疗效的关系。方法：采用针刺郄穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症，与常规针刺法相对照，同时两组都配合穴位注射当归注射液。电针用疏密波，每天1次，10次为1疗程，连续观察2个疗程。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；中医辨证分型、经络分型对疗效没有明显影响，而年龄、病程、病理分型则对疗效有明显影响。年龄较大、病程较长、髓核脱出者治疗效果较差。结论：影响针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的因素有年龄、病程、病理分型。应根据年龄、病程、病理分型不同采用相宜的治疗以提高疗效。

    Influential factors on treatment of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture

    Abstract Objective:To study the clinical effect with acupuncturing XI points fitted by pointinjection treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Influential factors including age, course of disease, kind of pathology, differentiation of symptoms and signs, main and collateral channels related to the clinical effect were also observed. Methods:Acupuncturing XI points fitted by pointinjection compared with acupuncturing routine points fitted by pointinjection treats LDH. Wave of thinthick was chosen. Treatment was taken once a day. Ten times was in a course of treatment. Result was observed after two courses of treatment. Results:The study showed that the total efficiency rate of group of acupuncturing XI points fitted by pointinjection was higher than that of group of acupuncturing routine points fitted by pointinjection (P<0.01). Differentiation of symptoms and signs as well as main and collateral channels was not relative to the curative rate. Age, course of disease and kind of pathology were relative to the curative rate. The curative effect of elder patient, longer course of disease,and core of marrow of LDH were worse. Conclusions: Influential factors on treatment of LDH with acupuncture includedage, course of disease,and kind of pathology. Different method should be taken according to age,course of disease,and kind of pathology to improve curative effect of LDH. ......
