盐酸地尔硫PolyoxWSR亲水凝胶骨架片的研究

     摘 要 目的 研究亲水性树脂PolyoxWSR为凝胶缓释骨架的性能。方法 以盐酸地尔硫为模型药物,采用粉末直接压片工艺制备亲水凝胶骨架片,考察影响骨架片释放度的因素和释药模型。结果 PolyoxWSR的黏度和用量、润滑剂的种类、压片粉末含水量对骨架片的释放度有影响;体外释放度显示骨架片的释放较接近零级方程和Higuchi方程。结论 用PolyoxWSR作为亲水凝胶骨架片的基质能达到较好的缓释作用。

    Study on compressed hydrophilic matrices tablets of PolyoxWSR

    Abstract Objective To investigate the release performance of gel matrices sustained release tablets based on hydrophilic resin PolyoxWSR. Methods The hydrophilic gel matrices sustained release tablets containing diltiazem hydrochlride as a model drug were obtained by direct compression method. The effects of release and release model were observed. Results The content and the viscosity of PolyoxWSR, the kind of lubricants, and the moisture content of the direct compression powder can influence the release of diltiazem hydrochlride from matrix tablets.The drug release pattern from the matrix tablets was approach to Higuchi and zeroorder equation. Conclusion The PolyoxWSR can be used as a barrier to prepare a hydrophilic gel matrices sustained release tablets. ......
