摘 要 以α,β不饱和羰基结构为母体合成对皮肤无致敏性的反丁烯二酸葡萄糖甲酯(GMF)。合成实验结果表明:顺丁烯二酸酐与甲醇的
摩尔比为1.1∶1时,单甲酯的产率最高;异构化催化剂选用反丁烯二酸单
甲酯单酰氯;酰化反应中亚硫酰氯与反丁烯二酸单甲酯的摩尔比为6∶1,
在100 ℃下反应40 min时得率最高;GMF的酯化度与其抑菌能力直接相关,
反丁烯二酸单甲酯单酰氯∶葡萄糖=4 mol∶1 mol,70 ℃条件下,反应60
min达到最佳抑菌酯化度2.8。

Synthesis of glucosyl methyl fumarate and its antimicrobial

Abstract The Glucosyl Methyl Fumarate(GMF) was synthesized.
The optimum technology condition was: maleic anhydride∶methol =
1.1 mol∶1 mol; with fumaric acid monomethyl monochloride (FMMC)
as isomerization activator; monomethyl fumatate and thioyl
chloride (molar ratio 1∶6) reacted at 100 ℃ for 40 minutes. The
antimicrobial activity of GMF was directly correlated with the
