青梅感冒冲剂中的岗梅和甘草的薄层色谱鉴别

     摘 要 目的:研究青梅感冒冲剂中岗梅、甘草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:分别取甘草药材、岗梅药材、青梅感冒冲剂及阴性制剂的乙酸乙酯提取液,在硅胶板上前者以ψ(苯∶乙酸乙酯∶水)=5∶2∶0.1展开,后者以ψ(甲苯∶乙酸乙酯∶水)=5∶2∶0.1展开,在紫外灯(365 nm下)检视。结果:在两者供试品色谱中与各自对照药材色谱相应位置上,均有相同的特征斑点,阴性制剂色谱图中无此斑点。结论:该法专属性强,为该制剂增加质量控制指标提供了实验依据。

    TLC identification of radix glycyrrhizae and ilex asprella in QinMei Cold Granule

    Abstract To study the TLC identification of liquorice(radix glycyrrhizae) (RG) and ilex asprella (IA) in QinMei Cold Granule. Methods: The extracts of RG, IA and its preparation were subjected to TLC in different development systems. ψ(Benzene∶acetic ether∶water)=5∶2∶0.1 and ψ(toluene∶ acetic ether∶water)=6∶2∶0.1 were used as development reagents for RG and IA respectively. Results: Special spots could be observed at 365 nm on positions corresponding to RG, IA and the preparation respectively, while the negative control showed no spots.Conclusion:This method is highly exclusive and can be used in the quality control of the preparation. ......
