[摘要] 目的：总结宫颈癌患者心理护理的经验。方法：对143例宫颈癌手术患者入院时不同的心理特征进行分析，分别采取相应的术前、术后、化疗期间和临终心理护理。结果：宫颈癌患者主要存在焦虑、恐惧、自卑和自杀心理特征，经术前、术后、化疗期间和临终心理护理，提高了心理承受力。结论：应针对宫颈癌患者不同的心理特征进行相应的心理护理。[关键词] 妇科；肿瘤；心理护理
