     摘要目的：改进补肾填精口服液氨基酸薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：优化供试液制备和阳离子交换树脂洗脱参数。结果：优化后的方法操作简便，快速可靠。结论：可供其他含动物药的中药成方制剂鉴别氨基酸时作参考。

    Optimization for TLC identification of amino acids in Bushen Tianjing oral liquid

    Abstract Objective: to improve the TLC identification of amino acids in Bushen Tianjing oral liquid.Methods: optimizethe preparation process of sample solution and the elution parameters of positive ionexchange resin. Results: this method can be operated easily, and can reach reliable results rapidly. Conclusions: this method can be applied asreference for identification ofamino acids in other traditional Chinese medicine with TLC.
