高效毛细管电泳—电导法测定注射用更昔洛韦的含量

     摘要考察不同实验条件下更昔洛韦的毛细管电泳行为。用25 mmol/L硼酸-0.25 mmol/L Tris溶液(pH 7.12)为缓冲液，恒压20 kV分离，测定注射用更昔洛韦的含量。更昔洛韦在25～300 μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9993)，回收率为965%，RSD为1.49%。本法简便、准确，能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
