彩色多普勒超声对正常人颈总动脉收缩期血流量的测定方法

     【摘要】目的为了探讨多普勒超声对颈总动脉收缩期血流量测定的方法及意义。方法用M超测定颈总动脉收缩期用于计算流量的内径值；用频移法测定脉动收缩期空间—时间最大平均速度。结果使用高斯通量公式计算各测量值。结论彩色多普勒频移法对正常人颈总动脉收缩期血流量的测定反映的是远处器官的灌注流量。

    【Abstrect】 Objective To study systolic period blood flow volume of normal persons common carotid artery by color Doppler sonography.Methods To measure the diameter was suitble for calculate the ejection period blood flow volume of normal persons common carotid artery with M-mode ultrasound.The measured space-time average maximum velocity (VTAMX) of ejection period by “frequency shift method”.Results The result of volume was calculated with Gausses flow volume formula.Conclusions Ejection period blood flow volume measured by “frequency shift method” of normal persons common carotid artery reflects the far organs infusion volume. ......
