【摘要】 目的 探讨抽吸针引导活检枪的临床应用价值。方法 对70例肺部疾病患者进行CT导引下抽吸针与活检枪联合应用经皮穿刺肺活检。结果 70例肺部穿刺均一次成功。取材成功率94.3%，活检诊断正确率92.9%，气胸发生率14.3%，咯血发生率7.1%。结论 CT导引下抽吸针与活检枪联合应用经皮穿刺肺活检对肺部疾病的诊断有着重要的价值。【关键词】 放射摄影术，介入性；活组织检查，针吸；肺

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of biopsy device guided by asirapion needies with CT-aided.Methods 70 cases with lung dieases underwent perculaneous puncture for pulmonary biopsy,CT-guided,combined aspirapion needies with biopsy device.Results 70 cases of lung puncture all succeed in the first time,the efficient procedure accounted for 94.3%.The biopsy accuracy of diagnosis was 92.9%,14.3% was pneumothorax occurence and 7.1% occured hemptysis.Conclusion Its with important value for the diagnosis of lung diaease that percutaneous puncture for pulmonary biosy combined aspirapion needies and biopsy device with CT-guided. ......
