     [摘要] 目的：分析手术室护理不安全因素的诸多组成元素及管理对策。方法：将不安全因素分类列出、对症解决。结果：有针对性的安全防范措施大大地降低了护理差错的发生率，也大大提高了护理人员护理安全质量的意识。结论：加强手术室护理不安全因素的管理，保证全程、全员、全面质量管理方案的良好实施，使护理安全管理制度化。
