下齿槽神经因种植所引起损伤修复的实验研究

     【摘要】 目的 研究种植体轻、重度压迫下齿槽神经1h后能否自身修复。方法 选用24只纯种狗,拔除双侧下颌第1磨牙,种植体即刻植入,使在左侧对神经轻度压迫,右侧重度压迫。分别在损伤前、损伤后即刻、4周及8周行电生理检测、大体和组织学观察。结果 压迫造成神经动作电位及组织学改变,随时间延长逐渐恢复。重度损伤则恢复较慢。结论 种植体压迫下齿槽神经1h内如及时取出,神经仍有自身恢复的可能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the possibility of the selfrecovery in inferior alveolar nerve injury by slight or serious implant compression.Methods After 24 adult dogs bilateral first mandibular molars were extracted,implants were implanted instantly on the nerves slightly on the left side while seriously on the right side.Electrophysiological and histological study were made before implantation,at once and in the 4th,8th week post injury.Results Acute compression created changes of the action potential and histology,which could recover.Conclusion The injured nerve can selfrecover if the implant is extracted within an hour. ......
