【摘要】 目的 通过观察麻黄汤不同配伍的平喘作用，研究君药与臣、佐、使药之间的关系。方法 正常豚鼠用组胺-乙酰胆碱混合液整体引喘，测定引喘潜伏期。以卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠，采用竞争性蛋白结合分析法测定其cAMP含量。结果 单方麻黄、麻黄加桂枝、麻黄加杏仁、全方组的跌倒潜伏期比麻黄加甘草组长，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)；除单方麻黄组外，其他各配方组及全方组过敏豚鼠肺组织cAMP含量比盐水对照组高，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)，尤以麻黄加桂枝、甘草组和全方组为著(均P<0.05)。结论 麻黄汤平喘作用依赖于麻黄、甘草能下调其作用，杏仁、桂枝作用不明显。cAMP测定结果显示与整体实验结果不一致，其平喘机制需进一步探讨。

    Experimental study on anti-asthmatic effects of Mahuang Decoction and its compositions

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of different compatibility in antiasthmatic effect to explore the relationship among the dominant drug and others in the prescription.Methods The normal guinea pigs were detected the latent period after caused asthma by histamine and acetylcholine in vivo.After the guinea pig were sensitized by the egg albumin,the content of cAMP of lung were detected by the radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results The latent period of falling down of the group of ephedrine,the compound of ephedrine and cassia twig,the compound of ephedrine and almond,Mahuang Decoction show significant variance compared with the group of mahuang plus licorice root(P<0.05).The effect of Mahuang Decoction and the compound of ephedrine,cassia twig and licorice root on the content of cAMP of lung in sensitized guinea pig shows significant variane compared with the group of NS.Conclusion Minister-drug and adjuvant-drug have certain extent effect to the pharmacological effects of the dominant drug. ......
