摘要 目的：探讨PPH合并手术的临床应用。方法：PPH合并手术治疗49例Ⅱ~Ⅳ度痔，其中部分合并肛裂、息肉、肛乳头肥大、低位单纯性肛瘘、血栓等，与同期单纯PPH手术55例作比较研究。结果：两组在手术时间、术后疼痛、术后并发症、术后住院时间方面没有显著性统计学差异。 结论：PPH合并手术可以弥补单纯PPH手术的局限性，可以拓展其适应范围。关键词 PPH合并手术；外痔皮赘；临床应用

Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical application of combined PPH with other operations for hemorrhoid disease. Methods:49 cases of ⅡⅣdegree hemorrhoids , with some cases accompanied with anal fissure, anal polyps, hypertrophied anal papilla and simple low anal fistula, were treated by combined PPH with other operation,and compared with the other 55 cases treated only by PPH at the same period. Results:Two groups have no statistical significance in operating time, pain after operation, complications, hospital stay after operation. Conclusion:Combined PPH with other operation can be used for hemorrhoids accompanied with other anal diseases. ......
