【摘要】 目的：比较奎硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法：将72例精神分裂症患者随机分成2组，分别给予奎硫平与利培酮治疗8周，并在治疗0、1、2、4、8周评定PANSS和TESS量表，在0、4、8周检查心电图和肝肾功能，在0、8周检查血催乳素和空腹血糖。 结果：奎硫平与利培酮疗效相当，奎硫平与利培酮均能迅速减轻精神症状，不良反应少、严重程度轻，奎硫平很少引起催乳素变化，利培酮则会显著提高血催乳素水平。结论：奎硫平治疗精神分裂症安全有效。

    Control oberservation of quetiapine vs risperidone in schizophrenia

    【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect and safety between quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Methods:72 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups receiving quetiapine and risperidone respectively for 8 weeks .PANSS and TESS were rated at baseline and 1,2,4,8 weeks after treatment, ECG,hepatic and renal funution were examined at baseline and 4,8 weeks after treatment .Blood prolaction and fasting blood glucose were tested at baseline and 8 week after treatment. Results: Both drugs had comparable efficacy .Quetiapine relieved psychotic symptoms more rapidly with less and mild side effect and less prolaction change , while risperidone increase prolactin more significantly.Conclusions: Quetiapine shows efficacy and safety as well in treatment of schizophrenia. ......
