【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中患者下呼吸道感染的发病机制、病原菌分布及耐药现状。方法 对60例患者痰中分离的64株病原菌进行菌型分类并选用13种常用抗生素对其进行药敏试验。结果 分离菌株的前三位是：铜绿假单胞菌(32.8%)、肺炎克雷白菌(20.3%)、大肠埃希菌(12.5%)；革兰阴性菌的耐药率呈上升趋势。结论 住院时间长、呼吸道侵入性操作、长时间使用抗生素是脑卒中患者下呼吸道感染的易感因素；铜绿假单胞菌是主要致病菌；预防和治疗下呼吸道感染需采取综合措施。
