【摘要】 目的 探索新生儿泪囊炎泪道阻塞的最佳治疗途径。方法 对179例新生儿泪囊炎患儿进行泪囊按摩、滴抗生素眼水、泪道冲洗、泪道探通等综合治疗，以泪道冲洗法、泪道探通术为主要治疗方法。结果 泪道冲洗179例，120例治愈；泪道探通52例，治愈51例；合计治愈171例，治愈率占95.53%。结论 治疗新生儿泪囊炎泪道阻塞，采取泪道冲洗法、泪道探通法，操作简单，效果满意，应作为治疗新生儿泪囊炎、泪道阻塞的首选。
