【摘要】 目的 探索新生儿泪囊炎泪道阻塞的最佳治疗途径。方法 对179例新生儿泪囊炎患儿进行泪囊按摩、滴抗生素眼水、泪道冲洗、泪道探通等综合治疗，以泪道冲洗法、泪道探通术为主要治疗方法。结果 泪道冲洗179例，120例治愈；泪道探通52例，治愈51例；合计治愈171例，治愈率占95.53%。结论 治疗新生儿泪囊炎泪道阻塞，采取泪道冲洗法、泪道探通法，操作简单，效果满意，应作为治疗新生儿泪囊炎、泪道阻塞的首选。

    Synthetic treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis and obstruction of lacrimal ducts

    【Abstract】 Objective To search for the best way of treating neonatal dacryocystitis and obstrction of lacrimal ducts.Methods 179 cases with neonatal dacryocystitis and obstrction of lacrimal ducts were treated with composite methods,including the dacryocystis district massage,antibiotic eye water treatment,lacrimal passage irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage,the last two methods were two main treatments.Results 179 cases accepted irrigation of lacrimal passage,in which 120 cases were cured;52 cases accepted probing of lacrimal passage,which 51 cases were cured;In total,171 cases were cured,cured rate was 95.53%.Conclusion In treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis and obstruction of lacrimal ducts,the ways of lacrimal passage irrgation and probing of lacrimal passage are simple and effective,and they should be the first selection in treating neonatal dacryocystitis and obstruction of lacrimal ducts. ......
