摘要 目的：探讨更加完善的治疗重度环肛混合痔的手术方法。方法：采用外剥内扎加皮桥整形术,治疗重度环肛混合痔50例与传统的外剥内扎术治疗50例对照。结果：治疗组与对照组在一次性治愈、肛门外观满意度、皮桥水肿、术后小便、大便困难、肛门皮赘残留方面(P<005)差异有显著性。结论：外剥内扎加皮桥整形术治疗重度环肛混合痔有较高临床实用价值。关键词 外剥内扎术 ； 重度环肛混合痔； 皮桥整形术
Clinical Observation in Lateral Stripping Medial Ligation Combining Skin Bridge Plastic Operation in Treatment of Severe Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract Objective:To explore more perfect operative methods in treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods:A total of 100 cases patients of the severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (50 cases) was treated by the lateral strippingmedial ligation combining skin bridge plastic operation. The control group (50 cases) was treated by the traditional lateral strippingmedial ligation. Results:The two groups have significant differences in satisfaction rate, therapy duration and complications. Conclusion:The lateral strippingmedial ligation combining skin bridge plastic operation have higher clinical practical values in treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. ......
