【摘要】 目的：研究大学入学新生的心理健康状况。 方法：用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、90项症状清单(SCL-90)对长江大学2003年入学的新生作了心理问卷调查，对有效答卷用EPQ，SCL-90及 SPSS 11.5分析系统作了统计分析。结果：有效问卷EPQ：6 491份，SCL-90：7 083份，其中EPQ-N>60占17.35%，SCL-90因子分≥2者占17.37%，其中强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、焦虑、精神病性等因子大于常模(P<0.01)，男性大于女性(P<0.01或0.05)，位于前三位的是强迫、人际关系敏感和抑郁。结论：大学新生心理问题不容忽视。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the mental heath status of the freshmen in Yangtze University. Methods:a total of 6491 freshmen in Yangtze University were tested with EPQ and 7083 with SCL-90.The result was compared with norms of Chinese youth.Results: 17.35% students' EPQ-N>60,and 17.37% factors of SCL-90>=2.The mean scores of factors were higher than the counterpart in the norms of Chinese youth(p<0.01),The boys are higher than girls(p<0.01 or p<0.05).The top three scores of these factors are obsessive-compulsive、sensitivity relation-ship and depression.Conclusions: Mental heath problem of university freshmen deserves further investigation and intervention especially for male student. ......
