摘要 目的：探讨结肠损伤诊治经验。方法：对1990~2004年收治的27例结肠损伤的临床资料作回顾性分折。 结果：闭合性损伤19例，开放性损伤6例，医源性损伤2例。其中多发伤或多脏器伤14例，合并休克3例。手术确诊21例，术前确诊6例。行一期修补或肠切除吻合术22例，结肠造瘘2例，修补外置1例。死亡2例(术中、术后各死亡1例)，切口感染2例，肠瘘1例。结论：早期诊断、及早手术、仔细探查、选择正确术式是结肠损伤治疗的关键。

    The Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Colon Trauma in 27 Cases

    Abstract Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of colon trauma. Methods:Clinical data of 27 patients with colon trauma hospitalized during 1990 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:There were 19 cases of close injury, 6 cases of open injury and 2 cases resulting from iatrogenic agent. Of 27 patients, multiple injures or multiple viscera injures were found in 14 cases, and shock in 3 cases. 21 patients were diagnosed during operation while other 6 cases before operation. Primary repair or resection and anastomosis were performed in 22 cases, colostomy in 2 cases, repair and exteriorization in one case. Two patients died (one during operation and one postoperation). Infection occurred in 2 cases and colon fistula in one case. Conclusion:It is a key point to salvage injured colon with early and accurate diagnosis, emergency operation, careful exploration during operation and correct choice of operation mode. ......
