【摘要】 目的 探讨支原体感染的有效治疗方法。方法 将支原体培养阳性的380例患者随机分为两组，A组(治疗组)应用甲砜霉素、强力霉素与维生素B4口服，B组(对照组)用甲磺酸加替沙星与强力霉素口服。两组疗程均为2周，并随访1个月。结果 两组有效率分别为93.7%、74.2%，差异有显著性(χ2=27.83，P<0.01)。结论 甲砜霉素、强力霉素与维生素B4联合服用14天，是治疗支原体感染疗效较好的方法之一。

    The efficacy observation of thiamphenicol and doxycycline to treatment the Mycoplasma infection

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects for the Mycoplasma infection.Methods 380 cases culture positive of mycoplasma were allocated randomly to 2 groups.The A group(treat) were take orally thiamphenicol, doxycycline and VitB4.
