【摘 要】 目的 手术方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折，减少并发症，尽早恢复患者的生活能力。 方法 用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折。 结果 据莫子丹评定标准

    [1] :24例患者中优17例，良6例，差1例，无因并发症死亡病例，骨折全部愈合。术后随访，疗效满意。 结论 DHS是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的较好方法，术中尽量保持内侧骨皮质稳定性，对于合并小粗隆骨折要给予固定。
