【摘要】 目的 评估膦甲酸钠联合人工肝支持系统治疗重型乙型肝炎(SHB)的临床价值。方法 就我院收治的62例SHB患者，采用随机分组的方式，分为常规组和治疗组。常规组给予保肝、促肝、调节免疫、防治并发症、支持对症治疗；治疗组在常规组的基础上，给予膦甲酸钠联合人工肝血浆置换治疗。结果 二组有效率分别为30.0%和71.9%。结论 膦甲酸钠联合人工肝血浆置换是治疗重型乙型肝炎的有效途径。

    【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the clinical value of combination of PFA with ALSS in the treatment of SHB.Mothods 62 SHB in-patients were randomly divided into two routine group and cure group.30 cases in routine group received routine common medicine treatment. 31 cases patients not only applied the treatment of routine group but also given the treatment of PFA and ALSS in cure group. Results The effective rate of the two groups were 30% and 71.9%.Conclusion It was an effective methodology with the combination of PFA and ALSS of the SHB patients. ......
