高效毛细管电泳法分离检测盐酸普鲁卡因和盐酸利多卡因

     摘 要 建立了两种局部麻醉药—盐酸普鲁卡因和盐酸利多卡因的高效毛细管电泳方法。以微铂电极为工作电极,通过优化选择检测电位、缓冲溶液pH、工作电压等实验参数,盐酸普鲁卡因和盐酸利多卡因在5 min内可以得到较好的分离,检出限分别为4 μg/L,6 μg/L,回收率在96.3%~101.6%。方法简便,快速,重现性好,适合药物生产过程的质量控制和临床检测。

    Abstract A method for separation and determination of Procaini Hydrochloridum and Lidocaini Hydrochloridum by highperformance capillary electrophoresisamperometric detection with a micro Platinum electrode was described. The effects of detection potential and buffer pH were extensively investigated. Results showed that Procaini Hydrochloridum and Lidocaini Hydrochloridum were satisfactorily eluted in 5 minutes and the detection limits were 4 μg/L and 6 μg/L respectively. The recovery was 96.3%~101.6%.The method is simple, rapid and well reproducible ,and can be used as a reliable tool for the quality control and clinical analysis of Procaini Hydrochloridum and Lidocaini Hydrochloridum. ......
