脊柱肿瘤手术的麻醉处理

     摘要：[目的]总结脊柱肿瘤手术的麻醉处理，及需关注的处理要点。[方法]回顾分析5 a来完成的546例脊柱肿瘤手术患者麻醉处理的资料，以及手术出血、术中并发症的发生情况等等。[结果]546例患者无1例术中死亡。手术平均出血1 997ml。3例发生急性肺水肿，3例怀疑有喉头水肿，带管送返病房。1例颈椎手术患者术后有暂时性的失明。双腔气管导管插管者有3例发生导管打折。无1例发生术中气管导管脱落。[结论]脊柱肿瘤手术的麻醉要注意预防和处理术中的大量失血，做好气道管理，避免各种体位的不良影响。
