摘要 目的：观察内括约肌部分切断对预防及减少嵌顿痔外剥内扎术后疼痛的临床效果。方法：将90例环状嵌顿痔患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组各45例。治疗组采用外剥内扎加部分内括约肌切断术，对照组单纯采用外剥内扎术，术后3 h、24 h及第一次解大便时作疼痛对比研究。结果：治疗组对减少术后疼痛明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：外剥内扎加部分内括约肌切断术可明显减轻嵌顿痔术后疼痛及相应并发症，疗效确切。
