4种生物材料大鼠体内生物相容性的对比实验研究

摘要:目的:探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)、高密度多孔聚乙烯(Medpor)、聚己内酯(PLA)、硅橡胶在大鼠体内的生物相容性,为骨组织修复材料的选择和临床修复骨缺损提供参考依据。方法:Wistar大鼠28只随机分为对照组、实验1组和实验2组,实验1组分别将HA、Medpor植入大鼠背部左、右侧肌肉内,实验2组分别将PLA、硅橡胶植入大鼠背部左、右侧肌肉内,对照组不植入任何材料。分别于术后2、4、8、12周处死大鼠,进行大体标本、光镜和电镜下观察。结果:所有动物没有出现感染死亡。实验1组HA界面的炎性反应较重,Medpor界面无明显炎性反应,Medpor与周围组织紧密结合,组织可长入材料的微孔内。实验2组PLA界面无明显炎性反应,并可在体内缓慢降解,硅橡胶界面的炎性反应较重。结论:Medpor和PLA具有良好的生物相容性,无毒性及免疫原性,是较好的生物材料。关键词: 生物材料; 生物相容性; 透射电镜; 组织学; 大鼠
Biocompatibility evaluation of the four kinds of biomaterial in vitro

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the biocompatibility of hydroxyapatite, highdensity porous polyethylene, polycaprolactone and silicon in vitro. Methods: Four kinds of biomaterials were implanted into muscles of rats. After 2,4,8 and 12 weeks, the gross, histopathological and transmission electron microscope examination were observed to evaluate the biocompatibility of above biomaterials. Results: The films of Medpor and PCL had mild inflammatory reaction in the early days of planting and after 12 weeks the inflammation basically disappeared. The inflammation reaction of HA and silicon outweight the above two materials. Medpor have close relationship with around tissues and possess good biocompatibility. PCL is a kind of material with good biocompatibility and biodegradation. Conclusion: The present study suggests that Medpor and PCL have good biocompatibility, no toxin and antigen free. ......
