【摘要】 目的 以透明质酸为基质，研制对胃黏膜屏障更具保护作用的新制剂，探索透明质酸对黏膜的保护作用，拓展透明质酸新的应用范围。方法 复制大鼠应激性胃黏膜急性出血性糜烂损伤的动物模型，制定胃黏膜损伤程度分级标准和研究制剂有效性判定标准。实验前对实验组动物灌饲研究制剂3ml，对照组以等量生理盐水灌胃。同时设立模型对照组验证模型。24h后处死动物观察胃黏膜外观形态变化；切片观察胃黏膜病理组织学改变。结果 实验组胃黏膜外观良好，未见明显黏膜糜烂和出血灶；对照组则可见散在出血点和黏膜完整性的破坏；模型对照组出现全胃广泛出血，黏膜表面覆盖大量凝血块。实验组有效率为90%；对照组有效率为22%。统计学检验，P<0.05。结论 实验结果显示“胃屏复”对应激性胃黏膜损伤具有明显的保护作用。由此表明，透明质酸可替代胃黏膜屏障的糖蛋白基质而具有重要的应用开发价值。
