【摘要】 目的 了解慢性肺心病的营养状况，探讨营养支持与慢性肺心病的影响。方法 采用全静脉营养、混合营养或全胃肠营养等营养方式对慢性肺心病患者加强营养支持，尽量使患者达到平衡营养，观察患者病情变化、住院时间等。结果 慢性肺心病患者普遍存在营养不良，营养支持组患者营养状况得到明显改善，病情发作少，住院时间短。心肺功能得到部分恢复。结论 通过加强营养改善肺心病患者营养状况，能减少慢性肺心病发作，减轻、延缓病情发展，有利于心肺功能恢复，提高患者生活质量。

    The clinic observation of nutrition supports for chronic pulmonary heat disease

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nutritive levels of chronic pulmonary heart disease and the influences of nutrition supports. Methods Adapt total parenteral nutrition(TPN),total enteral nutrition(TEN) and other way to strengthen nutrition support.Assure well-balanced nutrition.Observe the patient’s condition and the time in hospitalized.Results There were many malnutrition patients with the chronic pulmonary heart disease.After nutrition support,some patient’s condition had taken a turn for the better.And the time in hospital had curtail.Conclusion Through nutrition support,it can reduce inpatient time taken by chronic pulmonary heart disease,beneficial to recuperate heart and respiratory,alleviate or delay the development of patient’s condition,and improve the patient’s life quality. ......
