【摘要】 目的 探讨内窥镜下不同鼓膜穿孔的修补方法。方法 在内窥镜下对不同原因造成的鼓膜穿孔进行修补，术中采用贴补法和内植法。结果 贴补法成功率 99.3%，内植法成功率 95.6%。结论 内窥镜下采用不同方法进行鼓膜修补临床疗效满意。【关键词】 内窥镜；鼓膜穿孔；贴补法；内植法
Clinical observation on tympanic membrane repairing perforation under endoscope

【Abstract】 Objective To explore various techniques of repairing tympanic membrane perforation under endoscope. Methods Otitis media patch method and inner-transplant method were performed on patients with tympanic membrane perforation brought about by various reasons. Results The success rate of otitis media patch method is 99.3% and that of inner-transplant method is 95.6%. Conclusion Repairing tympanic membrane perforation by various techniques under endoscope may bring about satisfactory effects.
