【摘要】 目的 探讨简便有效的治疗直肠脱垂的方法。方法 采用1：1消痔灵直肠黏膜下点状注射、直肠周围注射加肛门缩窄术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂。结果 28例一次治愈，治愈率100%。随访3年，未见复发。结论 该方法具有操作简便、并发症少、费用低、安全可靠等优点，是治疗直肠脱垂的有效方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discusses the simple effective treatment for prolapse of rectum. Methods We use 1:1 ‘disappear’ under the rectum mucous membrane injection,around the injectsaddd the anus to shrink the narrow technique to treat the adult complete prolapse of rectum.Results 28 examples cure rate 100%.Follow-up for 3 years,has not seen recurs.Conclusion The result indicated that,This method simple,complication are few,the expense is low,safe , reliable and so on,is treats the prolapse of rectum effective method.
