卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的研究

【摘要】 目的 观察卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 选择我院2004年3月～2005年12月80例患者，随机分为治疗组、对照组。两组年龄、性别、心功能及病因构成差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组用卡维地洛起始剂量5mg，2次/d，直至20mg，2次/d，即达目标剂量；对照组用谷维素。共双盲治疗3个月。结果 治疗组心功能NYHA改善显效31例，有效8例，总有效率92.9%。对照组心功能NYHA改善显效20例，有效10例，总有效率78.9%(P<0.05)。两组LVEF治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，HR、6min步行实验检测(6-MWT)，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05 、P<0.01)。结论 卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心衰安全有效。【关键词】 卡维地洛；老年； 慢性心力衰竭；受体阻滞剂
