【摘要】 目的 观察氨茶碱和心先安治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效。方法 28例病态窦房结综合征患者，停用一切影响心率、心律的药物3天。口服氨茶碱0.1g，3次/d，同时静脉给予心先安120～180mg/d，14天为1个疗程，观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图及24h动态心电图。结果 显效18例(64.3%)，有效7例(25%)，无效3例(10.7%)，总有效率为89.3%，治疗后平均心率及24h总心率有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论 氨茶碱伍用心先安治疗病态窦房结综合征疗效确切，部分病例可替代起搏器治疗，药源充足，价格低廉，值得基层临床推广。
