[摘要]目的 探讨子宫内膜癌中P27蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测42例子宫内膜癌中P27蛋白的表达，并与正常子宫内膜和增生内膜进行了对比。结果 子宫内膜癌中P27蛋白胞核高表达率为21.4%，明显低于正常子宫内膜和增生子宫内膜，差异有显著性( χ2 =5.470、12.306，P <0.05);P27蛋白胞核表达与组织学分级有关，分化差者P27蛋白胞核表达率低( χ2 =12.715，P <0.01);内膜癌中P27蛋白胞浆表达阳性率为 47.6% ，明显高于正常子宫内膜和增生内膜( H=57.656，P <0.01)。结论 P27蛋白胞核表达缺失与子宫内膜癌的发生发展及恶性程度的增高有关;P27蛋白胞核定位缺失与其功能丧失有关。
