【摘要】 目的 评价健脾益气法治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法 96例中晚期原发性肝癌患者随机分为健脾益气法治疗组(治疗组)46例与一般治疗组(对照组)50例。分别观察两组患者治疗前后的生存质量、肿瘤大小、部分实验室指标的变化，并随访生存期。结果 在控制肿瘤方面，治疗组的恶化率(21.7%)低于对照组(32%)；生存质量方面治疗组的总有效率(80.3%)高于对照组(68%)，但两组比较差异无显著性。在生存期方面，治疗组大于12个月的生存率(21.4%)显著高于对照组(10%)两组比较差异有显著性；在肝功能方面，治疗组的血清总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶等指标在治疗后有明显下降，而对照组则呈不同程度的升高；在甲胎蛋白(AFP)方面，对照组的AFP在治疗后较治疗组有显著上升，而治疗组则略有上升，但与治疗前后相比差异无显著性。结论 健脾益气法在一定程度上抑制癌瘤的生长，并且具有保护肝功能，提高生存质量，延长生存期的作用。

    A clinical trial of jianpiyiqi of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of middle stage or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiacy of Jianpiyiqi of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of middle stage or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods A totol of 96 patients with middle stage or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were divided randomly into treated group and control group.Patitnes of control group was treated by regular therapy,and patients of treated group was treated by regular therapy and traditional Chinese medicine of Jianpiyiqi.To evaluate the quality of live,the size of tumor,test of lab,and survial time of two groups.Results On the side of controlling of the size of tumor,the rate of advanced(21.7%) of treated group was obviously below that of control group(21.7% vs 32%).The overall response rate of survival of treat group was obviously higher than that of control group(80.3% vs 68%),but no significant different were observed between the two groups.On the side of the quality of live,over 12 months survial rate of treat group,was obviously higher than that of control group(21.4% vs 10%),and significantly different were observed between the two groups.On the side of test of lab,treated group was improved better than that of control group.Conclusion Jianpiyiqi of traditional Chinese medicine may inhibinate the grouth of cancer,improve the quality of life and survival time. ......
