茶多酚对D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠红细胞氧化损伤影响

[摘要] 目的 观察茶多酚对衰老小鼠红细胞氧化损伤的影响。 方法 对以D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠模型分 别以低、中、高剂量的茶多酚灌胃30 d,测定小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量。结果 模型组红细胞SOD活性、Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量与正常对照组比较显著下降,茶多酚给药组小鼠红细胞SOD活性、细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性和唾液酸含量较正常对照组明显增高,MDA含量降低,在各给药组中以茶多酚大剂量组的作用最强。结论茶多酚能增强机体抗氧化能力,减少自由基对生物膜的损伤,维持细胞膜的稳定性,具有抗衰老作用。[关键词]茶多酚;衰老;红细胞;超氧化物歧化酶;丙二醛

[ABSTRACT]Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of tea polyphenol on red blood cells (RBC) in aging mice.
