【摘要】 目的 选择合适的患者进行新型树脂粘接桥修复，随访2年以观察疗效。方法 在基牙舌面行180°环抱状制备，牙釉质预备厚度0.5mm，舌腭侧肩台位于龈上0.5mm，在基牙近远中邻面制备矢状支托窝及邻轴沟，修复体制作完成后用Super-Bond C&B强力粘接剂粘接。结果 随访2年，临床成功率94.5%。结论 新型树脂粘接桥是一种较为可靠的修复手段。【关键词】 新型树脂粘接剂； Super-Bond C&B ；粘接固定桥
Clinical experiences with newly type resin-bonding bridge restorations

【Abstract】 Objective Suitable patients were chosen to make restoration with newly type resin bonding bridge and visited back within two years to observe its treatment results.Methods 180° cycled preparation at lingual surface of the abutment tooth were made. The thickness of enamel layer was prepared with 0.5 mm. The shoulder at lingual or palatal side was located 0.5 mm on superior gingival ridge. Occlusal rest fossa and axially proximal groove in the mesial and distal surface of the abutment were prepared. Finished restorations were bonded with Super-Bond C&B bonding agents.Results 94.5 % of clinical success rate was found after two-year follow-up.Conclusion This newly type resin bonding bridge is a reliable prosthodontic treatment. ......
