产科护理操作中风险事件分析与对策

【摘要】 目的 了解产科护理操作中风险在种类、时间等方面的特点，分析产科护理操作风险发生的可能原因，防止产科医疗纠纷的发生和增加产科护理人员法律意识。方法 对产科工作操作中高风险的护理行为制定风险管理制度，管理者不定时督导检查制度落实情况，不断完善和修定制度。结果 提高护理人员的法律意识及护理工作中防范风险的能力是摆在产科管理者面前的首要问题。结论 完善的产科护理操作，能大大地降低产科护理操作中的风险，杜绝医疗纠纷的发生。【关键词】 产科；护理；风险事件

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the kinds and time features of nursing risk in obstetrics department,and to explore the causes and corresponding countermeasures.Methods Administrative rules were carried out against nursing risk events in obstetrics operations.Results The major problems confronting the administrators were that nursers law conscience and the mighty against risk were vulnerable.Conclusion Perfect nursing operations can decrease risk events in obstetrics department resulting in disapperence of medical dissension.
