[摘 要] 目的:探讨三维增强MR血管造影(3D CEMRA)技术。方法:应用3D快速扰动梯度回波(FSPGR)序列,对25例临床疑血管疾病患者行增强MRA检查,三维重建采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)和容积再现(VR)。结果:三维增强MR脑血管造影技术能可靠显示血管形态和病变。25例血管病变可经3D CEMRA检出,并与DSA一致。结论:3DCEMRA快速、安全、有效,在很大范围可替代创伤性的血管造影。

Abstract:Objective To explore the technique of three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography (3D CEMRA).Methods Three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography was performed in 25 cases with suspicious of vessels disease using fast spoled gradient recalled.MIP,MPR and VR reconstruction were used as theredimensional models.Results High quality vascular images could be obtained by optimizing three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography technique.Diagnosis of vascular lesions can be made by 3D CEMRA ......
